Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • Domestic Delivery (India):
    • Tamil Nadu: 3-5 business days (free shipping for eligible orders).
    • Other States: 5-10 business days (additional transport charges may apply).
  • International Delivery:
    • Estimated delivery time varies by country, typically 7-20 business days.
    • International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or based on inquiry.
    • Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Bulk or custom orders may take additional time, which will be communicated during purchase.

Delivery Exceptions
